Brakes4u Ltd acts as agent in the sale of goods which are supplied by our suppliers and are covered by the manufacturers warranty . All warranties and guaranties are provided entirely by the manufacturers and are subject to their terms and conditions. Brakes4u Ltd will deal direct with manufacturers on your behalf but accepts no liability for any losses, costs damages, charges or expenses caused by any warranty claim. All prices are in GBP (Sterling) and are subject to change without notice. All goods are sold subject to availability. Where goods are temporarily out of stock we will contact you so that you may choose between a refund on the item, or to wait for new stock.

Delivery
Delivery is normally within 1/3 working days (uk) from cleared payment subject to stock.
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods purchased you may return them at your postal cost within a reasonable time from receipt of the goods. You must inform us in writing no later than 7 days after the day of delivery. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded. It is your responsibility to take care of the goods.
It is vital that you enclose a covering letter with the return detailing your name, full address, and reason for return (please also specify whether you require an exchange or refund). We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
